Description
Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales – Account Executive to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with both new and existing accounts. This role focuses on maximizing brand visibility and market expansion within the assigned territory. As an outside sales position, regular in-person meetings with interior designers and design firms are essential.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Architecture & Design (A&D) industry or a related field
Key Responsibilities
Conduct professional presentations to clients and prospects within the territory
- Maintain a schedule of 3-4 in-person meetings daily and a minimum of 12 meetings per week
- Develop strategic plans to expand market presence and increase sales
- Identify and establish new accounts through proactive lead generation
- Manage projects and provide exceptional service to clients
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of the assigned geographic area
- Represent the company at industry events (IIDA, ASID, NEWH, etc.)
- Attend relevant trade shows to network and generate leads
- Gain in-depth knowledge of product offerings
- Maintain and update CRM daily with account activity and sales progress

- Proficiency with personal computers and sales software tools
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently
