Position:                  Outside Sales – Account Executive

 Reports to:              VP of Sales

Job Summary:         The account executive will be responsible for generating business and developing relationships with new and existing accounts while maximizing company visibility and market penetration in the specified territory.


  • BA/BS/Undergraduate
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with A&D or a related industry
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience


Job Duties:              Include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct formal presentations to accounts within the territory
  • Develop strategies for penetrating the marketplace
  • Establish new accounts through lead generation
  • Project Management
  • Ensure satisfactory coverage of geographic area
  • Attend industry functions (IIDA, ASID, NEWH, etc) as appropriate
  • Attend trade shows in related markets as needed
  • Develop thorough knowledge of products and policies

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to quickly learn product features and benefits
  • Skill to use a personal computer and various software packages
  • Ability to establish priorities and work without supervision
