Jean Maxwell, a Certified Personnel Consultant, has been with Sales Recruiters®, Ltd since 1978. Jean is a specialist in Commercial Interiors, Architectural Products, as well as Luxury Home Furnishings. She received a BA degree in Modern Foreign Languages from Mercy College and joined Sales Recruiters as the Administrative Manager. In her 40 year career, Jean has held positions of Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, National Account Executive, Director of Research and Recruitment, Vice President and Treasurer. She has continually ranked as a top producer and one of the most respected Certified Personnel Consultants in the industry. Jean was named President of Sales Recruiters®, Ltd in 2006. Throughout her career, Jean has completed searches in every major market in North America, recruiting Sales, Sales Management and Senior Sales/Marketing Management talent. She is a member of IIDA, NEWH as well as LMNOP. Jean has lived in Westchester County, New York all her life and has been married to her husband, Harold for 40 years. In her spare time she enjoys dance, traveling and spending time with her five grandchildren, Colton, Sawyer, Brooklyn and twins Lila and Chase.

He founded Sales Recruiters® in 1978 for the purpose of controlling the quality of the client companies and the sales talent represented. He was one of the founding members of the First Interview Network, the largest independent network of sales and marketing recruiting firms with over 300 affiliates nationwide. Mr. Harris served for many years as a member of the Executive Committee for First Interview. A Pinnacle member since 1990, Richie has been the guest lecturer at numerous local, regional and national conventions of personnel consultants and has been a guest speaker at sales meetings and sales associations nationwide. He has developed unique recruiting, retention and resignation intervention strategies designed to give his client companies a true competitive advantage. Richie has served on the board of directors for a very successful multimillion dollar client. His work has been acknowledged in magazines, newspapers and trade publications dealing with sales, sales-management and the executive recruiting professions.
